Please note that non-metropolitan areas take an extra few more days, and sometimes due to back log and busy seasons (e.g Christmas), your parcel might take a while to process in the warehouse and also take longer for couriers to deliver.

Self Pick-Up (Victoria) *THIS OPTION IS TEMPORARILY UNAVAILABLE*

You can opt to pick-up your items at our Victoria Warehouse in Campbellfield, 3061. You will be contacted via email pick up and be given the store address. The processing time depends on personalised or non-personalised orders.  If you require urgent pick-ups, please contact us via Email or Live Chat prior to coming to our warehouse to ensure that your item is in stock and ready for pick up.

Other Notes

  • Mariko Mango ships mostly delivery service with tracking all the way to your shipping address. We accept PO boxes. Depending on the size of the items in your order and your event date, we work with various couriers of despatch decides that it is more suitable and faster for your location.
  • In some cases, there may be additional delivery charges & we will communicate with you regarding payment prior to order processing. You may opt for a full refund should you not wish to proceed with your order. These cases are where:
  1. Your delivery location is classified as a remote location by our shipping partners, or
  2. We deem that express delivery is required in order to meet your event date, but you have selected standard shipping upon checkout, or
  3. The package weight is high resulting in exceedingly higher delivery costs that estimated.
  • Our default delivery / shipping instruction is given as "Signatory Required" upon delivery, which means that if your address is not attended when your parcel is shipped to you, your item will be resent back to the courier's depot or an Australia Post office for collection depending on the courier company used.
  • For missed attempted deliveries by courier companies other than Australian Post, first re-deliveries are free, and any extra charges incurred such as for 2nd re-deliveries will not be borne by Mariko Mango. Thus, please ensure that your address provided is attended during working hours to avoid re-delivery arrangements.
  • If you would like your order to be left under "Authority to Leave" at a safe place at your home unattended, please note this in the comment box upon checkout and that will be arranged for you. Mariko Mango will not be responsible for any lost parcels that are given "Authority to Leave".
  • Our liability for delivery ends upon pick up of the orders by our couriers. You will be given a tracking ID to track and manage your order thereafter. We are not responsible for correspondence between receiver and courier companies after that, nor delays in deliveries caused by courier companies.
  • Our Estimated Time of Delivery (ETA) are those provided by our courier companies and are not a guarantee of delivery times.
    • Please be advised that all revisions of address / parcel redirections after order is despatched are subject to an additional AUD25.00.
      • Courier companies are unfortunately not able to deliver at specific times of the day, thus this request is outside of our control.
